Left Handed Ping G20 Irons Achieve More Forgiveness

The next year 2012 will be the one of the most years. Firstly, because of the film of <2012>, report the destruction of the Earth and lead the people in the panic. I scared this news for a long time; even I knew it's unreliable. Secondly, the Thirtieth Olympic Games in Londonthat everyone knows live in Earth. As a fan of sports, I can't miss this event. Many stars will gather in Londonand enjoy their match. The last, the 2012 European Cup will be the big party that every football fans take party in it.

Actually, I'm interested in golf game, and like to collection club. Especially Ping. Cheap golf club sets so many golf online sales. I really enjoy the feeling of golf game bring to me. One of the most annoying feelings in golf is hitting a sweet iron shot at the green, only to see that you've flown the dance floor or come up woefully short. As early as before, Ping released the golf of Ping G20 Irons and replaced the G15 Irons. As soon as released, G20 Irons become the hot golf in the market. The 10% thinner face is the same size as the previous model, which enables Ping to move the weight saved into the sole of the club. The G20 has a wider sole than its predecessor, particularly in the toe area, which increases the moment of inertia and forgiveness of the iron. At address the clubhead sits very well behind the ball, although in some of the longer irons you can see the back of the cavity, which may not appeal to all.

In order to catch the market, Ping released their Left Handed Ping G20 Irons. Knowing exactly how far you hit each iron is a huge advantage on the golf course and the consistent yardage gapping of the PING G20 iron set delivers predictable distance control for more accurate shots. The G20 iron set also includes high-launching long irons that maximize the overall range and forgiveness of the set. Forgiveness and accuracy are achieved through extreme perimeter weighting in the 17-4 stainless steel head. A multi-material cavity badge made of soft elastomer improves feel and sound while enhancing distance control, allowing you to play your best golf.

Left Handed Ping G20 Irons Main Features:

Thin Face- A multi material cavity badge made with soft elastomer heel and toe sections improves feel and sound
> Distance Control- The cavities floating CTP structure stabilizes a thin face to generate fast ball speeds and enhance distance control.
> Forgiveness and Accuracy- are achieved through extreme perimeter weighting in the 17-4 stainless steel head. A multi-material cavity badge made of soft elastomer improves feel and sound while enhancing distance control, allowing you to play your best golf.
> Consistent, Precise Distance Control- was achieved by using a thin face backed by a floating CTP structure. Weight in the back flange of the deeply cut, multi-cavity head increases the MOI. Combined with PING's new CFS steel shaft, the G20 optimizes feel and trajectories.

The golf makers always provide the hot golf suit for left hand. Their benefits for the people are good at left hand.

Golf Swing Basics - Make Yours Precise, Purposeful, and Powerful

Many recreational golfers have never had professional lessons or instruction in the golf swing basics. Many learned their swing from those who introduced them to the game, or by watching other players.

I first swung a golf club at age 25 mimicking what I saw other players doing. I actually fashioned a somewhat usable golf swing with this method and eventually managed about a 15 handicap.

What I had really done was build a trap that took me many years to realize, and more time to get out of.

As I became older and progressively lost arm strength, I found that I was developing a lot of swing problems such as; loss of consistent distance, a very persistent slice, hitting all of my irons about the same distance and these were just the noticeable ones.

The trap was that having never received professional swing training I did not know what to try to correct, I did not even know how to accurately explain what was wrong.

I continued to play and watched my handicap climb to the 25-30 range, and began to decide that I just was not and never was going to be a good golfer. I was confused, my playing partners, most of which were similar in stature to me and about the same age, were still paying well. But I failed to connect the dots.

I did try a few lessons along the way, not finding the solutions to my swing problems. This was not always the teaching pro's fault, when they saw so many problems they probably became overwhelmed and just picked out one thing to try and correct. Of course these band-aid fixes were not the answer.

At about age 50 I finally decided to see if I could actually change my swing, I went for a few more lessons, one of which actually corrected my slice. Researched what a golf swing should be, and went about teaching myself a good golf swing step-by-step.

I found that the classic modern golf swing is a very complicated collection of basic physical and mental building blocks. But when assembled and executed correctly becomes a very precise, and powerful golf swing.

I started with the raw basics of stance, alignment, ball position and grip, I saw the rest of the swing as a series of building blocks that should actually be learned in order and then built on top of each other until the end result is achieved.

The building blocks I identified and the order I took them in are;

Weight shift - At its very basic level the golf swing cannot work without an adequate understanding of the weight shift. A proper weight shift enables the big powerful muscles of the legs and torso to supply the power needed for a quality swing.
One piece takeaway - The idea of taking the club back and into exactly the proper position by moving the shoulders, and allowing the arms to just ride along never occurred to me before.
Backswing - It took me awhile to realize that the backswing is the true engine that powers the entire swing, everything that comes before is just preparation, and everything that come after is directly influenced by the backswing. I spent a lot of time getting my wrist cock working and creating and using lag, the major club head speed producers.
Transition - The transition is where the change of direction happens, the start of so called "dropping into the slot". Some people argue that there is a slight pause at the top, others say the lower body actually begins to unwind just before the backswing is complete.
Downswing and impact - This is the payoff, you have to keep your arms and hands tension free, light grip pressure and let the arms fall naturally, being placed in the proper position by the natural release of the club head at exactly the precise instant it is square to the target line. Sounds really hard but if the backswing was correct and if you have built and are adequate lag this will be almost automatic.
Follow through - A complete follow through contributes greatly to total distance, if you have correct not focused on hitting the ball, but rather swinging through it, maximum club head speed really occurs after impact. The forearms complete their rotation just after impact, the momentum of the swing will pull you completely up on your front leg and fully facing the target in a balanced finish.
If you are having trouble with your swing find a qualified PGA teaching professional in your area. Read the books by some of the great golfers and swing coaches. Practice the correct moves and sequences until they are muscle memory and automatic.

The one caution I would have is be careful of random tips you might find on line, be sure you are trying something that will really help, rather than a band-aid fix that will only work a short time.

What is The Best Golf GPS Device and Why Buy One?

When looking to invest in the best Golf GPS device out there, what should you be looking for? Well there are some quality manufacturers out there that have added great features to their range of Golf GPS devices, many of which can benefit your overall game.

So why buy a Golf GPS and what is the best Golf GPS for you? The main benefit to your golf game is that a GPS unit can tell you the distance to the pin on any hole you are playing anywhere on your chosen Golf Course. Most people don't know the distance from where they are addressing their shot to the pin or to get past a hazard such as a bunker, water or trees.

Another of the great features of many of the best Golf GPS units is that you can actually store how far you have hit the ball with a particular club. This will then give you an accurate idea of just how far you hit the ball with any club in your bag. If you think about this, if you know how far you hit the ball and you know the distance to the green or past certain hazards then nothing is left to chance. This is great because it leaves you to concentrate on your golf swing and stance which are so important to striking the ball properly. A great tip you can now concentrate on to improve your stance is to move your toes in an upward and downward motion while addressing the ball with your club. If you are leaning towards the ball too much, then you can't move your feet. If you are leaning back too far, it will be really easy. You want to be somewhere in the middle.

The more you look into a Golf GPS unit then the more you realize how important they are, current thinking is that they can take around 6 shots off a round of golf. A GPS unit is like having your own personal caddie with you at all times just like the Pro's do. Their caddie's walk the course before they even play it, and many of them use a GPS to plot the exact distances. This enables them to recommend the right club consistently.

Where the best Golf GPS comes into its own, is on a course you have never played, you now have the perfect weapon in your armoury. Imagine stepping onto the first tee on any golf course and have the confidence to address the ball and play the shot without being concerned about the hazards that may be in front of you – that's priceless. Even if you only play your local course on a regular basis, some of the best Golf GPS units will allow you to plot any changes to the course over time. If for example a bunker is added to a hole then you can add and store this to the unit.

Prices for Golf GPS units out there can vary so much but even the lower priced will have most of the functionality you require. I recommend that you check them out because without a doubt they will improve your golf game.

Eradicate the Golf Slice - the Major Key You Must Follow To Cure a Slice

he golf slice is just about the most annoying issues to deal with for some golfers, but should the causes of why the golf ball slices are clearly understood, the solution is not so difficult. But before we provide the actions to cure that slice, take several deep breaths and SLOW DOWN your swing. Almost everything will fall into place if you think three-quarter speed.

The most crucial key that we will contend with to take care of the golf slice is correct swing path. As your golf swing is circular, that is, the club head begins behind our head, swings about the body and ends up behind our head, it may look like it is physically impossible to not spin the ball. But at the point of contact don't think circular. Allow me to explain.

While looking down on the ball, consider the ball moving in flight. For the right handed golfer, if the ball is rotating in a clockwise way the ball will slice, or move in the direction toward which the ball is revolving. Obviously, for the left handed golfer the opposite holds. The goal to correct the golf slice would be to eliminate this spin.

How can we accomplish this? If, by looking down on the golf ball, we were to imagine it as being a clock with twelve o'clock being the direction we'd like the ball to go, if we were to produce first contact on the golf ball at seven o'clock striking through the ball to the one o'clock position, we'd impart little spin on the ball, thus giving the ball a straight flight, or perhaps a slight counter clockwise, or hook spin.

Now undoubtedly this wouldn't be challenging if not for the fact that we are swinging, to some degree, around the body in to some extent a circular motion. So just before impact and just after, we should think about the club having a nearly inside out route. This isn't as difficult as it seems. To correct the golf slice, practice undertaking a couple of elements to accomplish this:

1.Close the foot placement somewhat. In other words, make sure the front foot is a bit closer to the golf ball in comparison to back foot.

2.Position the ball further back in your stance. Some of us have the tendency to move the ball forward, often even past our front foot, making it extremely difficult to reach that "one o'clock" place on the golf ball. Consistently sticking with those two swing keys will work wonders for the fix the golf slice. Of course some practice to fine-tune those techniques for your swing will be necessary.
My name is Sean O'Kelly, and I hope that I have helped you cure that "banana ball". For more techniques to fix the golf slice, and many other golf fixes, click HERE. Also, if you want to check out some ways to play golf for free, click HERE a 50 page guide.

SA duo gearing up for World Cup

Friends and golfing partners since they were teenagers, Charl Schwartzel and Louis Oosthuizen have long dreamed of the opportunity to represent their country in the World Cup together. Now they'll finally get that chance at the 2011 Omega Mission Hills World Cup atHainanIslandinChina, taking place from November 24 - 27.

"We are really excited about it," Schwartzel, the current Masters Champion.

As the highest ranked South African golfer, it was his right to pick the partner of his choice, and it didn't take him too long to decide on Oosthuizen.

"We've both come a long way and are good friends, having played a lot of junior, amateur and now professional golf together," he said. "It is no exaggeration to say that it is a dream come true for both of us to play together and represent South Africain the World Cup.( Ping G15 Driver)

"We won the World Junior Team Championship inJapanin 2000 so it would be quite something if we can pull off the 'double' as professionals."

Schwartzel also credited Oosthuizen's Open victory at St. Andrews last year as providing the impetus for his win atAugustaback in April.

"I can't wait to get toChina," added Oosthuizen. "I remember when we were boys growing up and playing golf together, we always talked about playing for South Africa in the World Cup and, if possible, playing our first one together.

"So it was great that Charl was in a position to choose his partner and he picked me. I am honoured to play with him. He is such a good friend and I think the two of us will make a great team. We played a lot of amateur golf together and have won together in both Indiaand Japanfor South Africaso I think we will have a good week." (Ping G15 Driver)

The duo will chase a sixth South African victory at the prestigious event, following the likes of Gary Player and Harold Henning in 1965, Dale Hayes and Bobby Cole in 1974, Ernie Els and Wayne Westner in 1996, Ernie again and Retief Goosen in 2001 and Trevor Immelman and Rory Sabbatini in 2003.

"Being able to enjoy the honour of representing your country is awesome. You've got to be comfortable with each other. If that is the case, and you hit a bad shot, your partner knows you didn't do it on purpose and you just move on," continued Schwartzel.

"Professional golf is quite a selfish game so it is nice to get the chance occasionally to play Ping G15 Driver as a team and being as good friends as we are, I think Louis and I will definitely be able to inspire one another and urge each other along.

"Because I was higher in the World Ranking it was always going to be my choice but I teased him for a little while that I was having to think about it and might pick someone else!"

As for their peers, Oosthuizen reckons they are fully behind them.

"We are certainly getting that feeling on the range," he said. "Obviously Ernie and Retief won in 2001 and then Trevor and Rory in 2003, so we have had success in the past. However, it would be really great to getSouth Africa's name back on the trophy again and we'll be trying our hardest to do just that."

Golf Club Shafts: So Important To Winning

This article dwells into the importance of the golf club shaft in the game, and lists the most important considerations.
Steel or Graphite Golf Club Shaft?
The two most important parts of the golf club which can spell the difference between winning and losing are the head and the shaft. The shaft of the golf club connects the grip to the head. Most modern golf club shafts are made of either steel or graphite.
Most manufacturers rate their shafts in one of six degrees of stiffness. From least to most stiff these are: Ladies (L); Seniors (A); Regular (R); Firm (F); Extra Firm (X); and Stiff (S).
Most golfers prefer a shaft that is stiffer, and manufacturers can only oblige. If you make the shaft super stiff, however, you can begin to affect distance and strength negatively.

Then there's the difference between steel and graphite golf shafts. Generally, if you have back problems or not very confident with the strength of your swing or drive, you should stick with the graphite variety.
Graphite golf club shafts reduce the weight of your club (you can really feel the difference if you've used steel shafts before). They weigh between 50-85 grams, while their steel counterparts generally start at 120 grams. Graphite shafts reduce the shock at impact. They also allow for longer clubs. But remember, longer clubs are good for distance, not for control.
Aldila graphite shafts are highly recommended. Their durability is proven. If you're the type who prefersn steel shafts, the most reliable brands are FM Precision, True Temper and Apollo. They are proven toughies in their class.

Tips for Golf Club Selection

Tips for Golf Club Selection

Golf is no different, and choosing the right clubs for you may be an overwhelming task.

The first thing to understand is that purchasing a standard set of wholesale golf clubs is not the first things to do. In fact, for someone serious about learning how to play, it is highly recommended that you hold off on purchasing golf irons until you have tried a few sets out. The reason that you won’t want to purchase a “standard” set of clubs is that they are designed for a person of average build.

Of course, since everyone is built slightly differently, even though you may feel that you are of an average height, your arm or leg length may differ. There variations will cause your swing to vary. It’s not far fetched to state that a set of discount golf clubs are as unique as the individual carrying them. So, where to begin then? Generally speaking you should be looking for a club that is the runs the length of your navel to the floor. This will be an estimate of the size of the club you are seeking. The good news is that you don’t have to purchase multiple sets of clubs to find the set that fits you best.

Again, remember that while the length of the club will matter, perhaps there is a brand that makes a club that is more comfortable than another. First, test your swing. Rent a set of clubs(such as callaway golf clubs for sale) and set out to the driving range. Once you find a club that allows you to swing comfortably and confidently, take that set onto the course and play a few rounds. This is the time that you will want to evaluate whether you simply purchase that brand in the length that suits you, or if you want to have a set of clubs custom built.

Make sure you get the equipment selection process right, as it is the primary element to getting the sport down pat and the best way to discover how to become a better golfer.

Golf Is Back, Golf Is Cool

Nowadays, all of us may know that Tiger Woods is not the best golf pro around the world. So, more and more golf fans think that golf is not exciting tournament. Now, Rory McIlroy may golf game coo. So, golf is back, and golf is cool.

In this article, I would like to tell you the latest golf news about Rory McIlroy. If you are looking to buy good golf clubs, you may try these Callaway X24 HOT Irons

In winning last weekend’s U.S. Open, Rory McIlroy proved what golf enthusiasts, club pros and the occasionally overweight gentleman in a pair of chinos and a Tommy Bahama fedora have been pledging for decades.

McIlroy is an undoubted light at the end of the Tiger tunnel, a tunnel that featured a stunning car crash and severe highway traffic. Tiger’s exodus — not from the game, but from that lofty throne in the clouds where Zeus and Hera live — left the game he helped build in an almost heart-stopping turmoil.

All that work Tiger Woods had done to make kids love the sports — to get them to wear fitted Nike caps and work on their bunker game — was coming unraveled, caused on one part by Tiger’s infidelity and on the other by his suddenly sloppy golf game.

It’s unfair to automatically ask Rory — who’s just won his first major — to surpass Jack’s mark, or to surpass Tiger’s… Hey, it may be unfair to ask him to surpass Watson, Ballesteros, or Hogan, too. Sergio Garcia was supposed to be Tiger’s ultimate rival from 1999 on. At least, that’s what NBC wanted. Twelve years later, and El Nino still hasn’t won that first major.

I know that Rory’s great. I know he’s talented, and he’s charismatic and — here’s that word again — “cool.” But, McIlroy is not here to replace Tiger’s records (or, future records). He’s not here to take his place on the tee. He’s not here to be Tiger. He’s here to show that golf is alive and well, and that it isn’t just surviving without Tiger winning every tournament – it is better.

Golf is back, and golf is cool. This article is from http://okgolfsales.blogspot.com, I would also recommend good X24 HOT Irons to you, you may also read the Callaway X-24 HOT Irons for sale in my blog.

Tiger will not Challenge McIlroy

All of us may know Rory McIlroy won the 2011 US Open, then golf has a new superstar now in Rory McIlroy, but how much more exciting next week’s Open Championship would have been with Tiger Woods there to challenge him.
Do you what to watch Tiger Woods Vs Rory McIlroy? It is not going to happen now. Tiger Woods will not play in British Open. In this article, I would like to talk something about Tiger Woods with the British Open. If you want to get golf clubs reviews, you may read this article about Callaway X24 HOT Irons for sale in my blog.
The former world number one, down to 17th in the rankings and about to fall even further, has decided not to take the gamble he did at Sawgrass in May.
Injured at Augusta, he chose to try out his knee and Achilles in the Players Championship on May 12, but limped to the turn in 42 shots – only one off the worst nine-hole score of his career – and withdrew.
That is the last seen of him on a golf course. Indeed he revealed last week that he had not swung a club since, so his withdrawal yesterday came as no surprise.
Eight years ago at Royal St George’s he lost a ball with his opening drive and started with a triple-bogey seven. Open fans are not going to have the chance to see if he can improve on that.
It ought to be remembered that he came back from that to finish joint fourth, just two shots behind shock winner Ben Curtis.
He was the biggest thing in golf back then – by some distance – and he remains the biggest name. Not just for golfing reasons, of course, after all the stories about his serial infidelity that emerged following a bizarre car crash outside his home in the early hours in November 2009.
But the sport no longer needs him as much as it did. McIlroy is the new kid on the block – and what a kid judging by the way he came back from his 80 at the Masters with a performance at Congressional that reminded so many people of Woods at his most dominant.
Hopefully there will be duels to come between the young Northern Irishman and the 35-year-old American.
There is still hope that Woods can not only become fit again, but become a force again – maybe never to the extent he was, but possibly to challenge Jack Nicklaus’ 18-major record.

Why Rory McIlroy Feels Frenzied

Why Rory McIlroy Feels Frenzied

The wheel turns quickly in the world of sport but it has spun off its axle this week at Royal St George’s where professional golf – the fans, the players, the media “experts” – has rushed to embrace the new US Open champion, Rory McIlroy. Tiger who? Try Tiger Woods.
In this article, I would like to talk something about Tiger Woods with Rory McIlroy. If you want to get golf clubs reviews, you may read this article about Callaway X24 HOT Irons for sale in my blog.
The Northern Irishman will step on to the 1st tee of the 2011 Open Championship at 9.09am on Thursday and, contrary to the expectations of his new legion of fans, some of whom might not be entirely aware of just how hard it is to win a major championship, he will not be wearing a Superman cape. Like the other 155 players in the field he will come only with his caddie, his clubs and his talents.
That was enough to lap the field at Congressional Country club last month but Royal St George’s, a classic – some may say hardcore – links, presents an altogether different challenge, one that may not entirely suit McIlroy’s brand of golf.
McIlroy sees and hears and reads everything, by all accounts, and he is aware of doubts. More crucially for his hopes, he seems aware of his own deficiencies.
“I have prepared really well in the last two weeks working on shots I need out here,” he said. “Physically I feel a lot stronger but mentally I am a lot better than I was last year. It was a good lesson to learn and hopefully I will do better if I come up against that weather again this year.”
The 22-year-old was speaking after one final trip around the Royal St George’s links, this time in the company of his old friend and mentor Darren Clarke, along with the defending champion, Louis Oosthuizen, and the Masters winner, Charl Schwartzel. Afterwards, he showed off his prize – a crisp £20 note, which should accelerate his spiral towards an eight-figure fortune – and laid out his hopes and dreams for the next four days. “It’s my home Open and the one I want to win more than any other. I got my first major a few weeks ago and it would be nice to get my second this week. If not, I’ll just have to wait.”
McIlroy’s appeal lies in his talent, but there is also his personality. Unlike the former world No1, there is none of the pointless obfuscation on these occasions. He says what he thinks and feels. There is enormous credit in that, but there is also the risk of showing weakness. “If not, I’ll just have to wait”? In his prime Woods waited for no one. He wanted it there and then, the hell with what anyone else wanted.
That was the old Tiger Woods. The “new Tiger Woods” (a label the McIlroy camp is anxious to disown, incidentally) is more relaxed about these things, believing that the tournament is won out on the links and not in the pre-match skirmishes. There is great maturity in such thinking but there is perhaps just a smidgen of naivety. At an Open Championship every little thing counts – a bounce here, a bounce there; a word out of place here, a word out of place here.
This article is from http://okgolfsales.blogspot.com/. Also, I would recommend the good Callaway golf – Callaway X24 HOT Irons (also known as the X24 HOT Irons) to you.

Golf News about Evian Masters Golf Tournament

Hjorth, Ahn and Stupples share Evian Masters golf lead! Swede Maria Hjorth, South Korea’s Ahn Shin-Ae and England’s Karen Stupples shared the lead after carding five under par 67s on a weather-beaten opening day at the Evian Masters.
In this article, I would like to tell you the latest golf news about Evian Masters Golf Tournament! If you want to know much more golf clubs review or golf news, you may read this funny article about Callaway X22 Irons review.
The trio led by one from a group of six that included the 2009 winner, Ai Miyazato, and former US Open Champion, Cristie Kerr.
With heavy showers and low temperatures making conditions far from pleasant, Hjorth made her move with a glorious outward half of five under par 31 and continued the stunning scoring spree with a run of three birdies in four holes from the 11th. But the 37-year-old then dropped shots at the last three holes, missing greens at the 15th and 16th and then finding bunker trouble at the last.
“I didn’t finish the way I would have liked,” conceded the five-time Tour winner. “But I played solid all day and putted great holing quite a few over 20 feet. This is my 15th time here and I think the course is as good as it has eve been.”
Stupples hit out of bounds and ran up a double-bogey seven at the ninth to reach the turn in a less than impressive one over par 37.
But the 2004 Women’s British Open Champion then hit a purple streak and came home in 30 with birdies at the tenth, 11th and 13tth and again at the final three holes.
“The weather was really grim and it took me a while to adjust,” said Stupples, who comes from Deal in Kent and worked for BBC Radio at last week’s Open Championship at Royal St George’s.
“But I got into gear n the back nine. Being at the Open last week was a real inspiration. “Darren Clarke played great and the player who really inspired me was Tom Watson. He’s not as long as the younger guys, but he still hits such wonderful shots.”
Ahn, who was the 2009 Korean LPGA Rookie of the Year, made her five under par round in less rocky style. She packed seven birdies into halves of 34 and 33.
Japan’s Miyazato had a top ten finish at this month’s US Women’s Open and she continued her fine form with six birdies in a 68.
