Tiger Drops out of Top 20

Not every golf fan knows Tiger Woods return to Akron’s World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational, but every one would know Tiger Woods tumbles out of world’s top 20 for first time in 14 years‎.
Not good news! In this article, i would like to talk something about Tiger Woods. If you want to know much more golf clubs reviews or golf news, you may read this funny article about TaylorMade R11 Driver for sale.
Tiger Woods has just dropped out of the top-20 for the first time since 1997. Woods has dropped further down in the rankings than he has for the past 13 years. And back in 1997 he was improving to the top spots (and eventually to No. 1 in 97), not falling from such a lofty position as the top-20.
It is difficult to say that Tiger is a less disciplined golfer right now than he was 14 years ago, but it does seem to be the case. For 10 years, Tiger seemed impossible to psych out on the golf course which is what made him the No. 1 golfer in the world for so long. Because he has such poise and discipline, he has able to stage miraculous comeback after miraculous comeback to the dismay of his many foes that finished second in a tournament that they had mentally counted as a win.
However, at least for the moment, Tiger has lost his poise and discipline. His firing of his longtime caddie and friend, Steve Williams, goes to show that Tiger is not taking responsibility for his actions. The Tiger Woods of 10 years ago would never blame his caddie for his poor play should it ever have happened. But the Tiger Woods we see today is flustered and frustrated, ill tempered and petulant. It has been quite some time since Tiger has turned in a consistently good tournament of golf. Worse than that, Tiger has only had a handful of really good rounds in the past two years.
Tiger will be back! It will take a couple of years, but I actually believe that you will see Tiger Woods as the No. 1 golfer in the world again, at the top of his game. Tiger has been doubted and criticized for the past 14 years. In a way, this is a testament to how good he is. There was a stretch in time when he was expected to win every single tournament. And when he did not win a tournament, but instead finished like third, commentators and announcers tried to speculate what was going wrong with Tiger.
Time and time again he has proven his doubters wrong. I suspect that though he will need some time to bounce back, that he will prove them wrong again. Tiger Woods will again be the best player in the world playing the game of golf.

Yani Tseng Won Women’s British Open

Yani Tseng won the Women’s British Open on Sunday to rack up her fifth major title at the age of 22, an achievement unparalleled by any golfer before her. It is exciting time, isn’t it?
Yani Tseng is a Taiwanese professional golfer currently playing on the LPGA Tour. She is the youngest player ever, male or female, to win five major championships and is currently ranked number 1 in the Women’s World Golf Rankings. In this article, you may find the news about Yani Tseng’s latest victory! If you are looking to purchase good golf clubs, I would like to recommend the Mizuno golf - MX 700 driver to you!
The Taiwanese world number one shot a final round 69 at Carnoustie. Having trailed leader Caroline Masson by two strokes overnight, she finished four strokes ahead of Brittany Lang.
While Tseng became the first woman to defend the title since America’s Sherri Steinhauer in 1999, Masson, who may like the Mizuno mp 62 irons, was left to reflect on a heartbreaking last day as her dreams of glory vanished in a flurry of bogeys.
They came at the second, third, seventh, 10th, 11th and 15th holes, while a double bogey at the par-four 12 had her slumping to eight over for the round, though she climbed back up the leaderboard with birdies on the last two holes.
Tseng, who earned a first prize of £239047, said: “It feels really good. I played so consistently today and I enjoyed the crowd here.
“It’s so great making history on this golf course and I feel wonderful right now. It’s an honour to win the British Open again. I think I feel much more comfortable this year rather than last year and I have been learning from my mistakes.
“I hope to keep winning. Next year there are another four majors and I will try and organize and keep working hard.”
Regarding Masson’s troubles she added: “She will learn from her mistakes, every great player goes through that. It’s not a big deal. You try your best and I’ve lost lots of times too.”
